1. Preamble


Hereby the terms of use of the services provided through the website located at https://amz-eshop.com/ and/or the relevant application (hereinafter referred to as the "Business") with the GEMI number 128329403000 (MICHAEL B. ZUEGER) are hereby established.

The legal use of the services provided is understood as the unconditional acceptance of the terms herein and the compliance of the user, when using these services, with the applicable Greek legislation governing such transactions. 

A prerequisite for the registration and use of the services of the Website is that the user is over 18 years of age and has full legal capacity.


2. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how the Company manages the data of the users of its services. As described in the Privacy Policy, the collection and further processing of such data is necessary both in the context of the use of the services provided by the Website and for other legitimate purposes detailed in the Website Privacy Policy.

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor or user, as well as of the members of the Website is governed by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, as well as the relevant provisions of Greek and European legislation. In any case, the Website reserves the right to change the terms of personal data protection, within the framework of the applicable Greek and European legislation.

3. Access to the website and member registration

Simple browsing of the Website does not require user registration and creation of a personal account. The unregistered user of the Website will be able to purchase products by filling in the special order form in addition to browsing. 

To create an account, the user declares and electronically enters the data required to complete the registration and accepts these Terms, after having carefully read and understood them.

In order to create a personal account on the Website, the User must first enter the following information:

-User name

-A valid and active e-mail address, which is legally owned by the User. 

- A unique password that the user selects and enters on the Website. The user must keep it secret, not disclose it to third parties and take appropriate measures to prevent its leakage to third parties, change the password in case he suspects or finds out that it has been leaked and periodically for security reasons and never use for any reason a password belonging to another user that may have come to his knowledge in any way. 


The information provided by users and members on the Website either during registration or during use (ordering) must meet the following requirements:

-They must not be false, inaccurate or misleading.

-They must not contravene any provisions of Greek and European legislation in force, including provisions relating to export, consumer protection, unfair competition, discriminatory or misleading advertising, protection of intellectual or industrial property, trade secrets or personality rights.


In order to ensure the correct use of this information and to avoid possible violations related to its content, the Merchant reserves the right to control and process this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

If the User suspects that his/her authentication details have been intercepted or disclosed in any way to a third party, he/she must modify them and inform the Merchant immediately. In any case and for security reasons, it is recommended to log out of the account after the end of the browsing on the Website.

After the successful registration and creation of a personal account, the user will be able to log in to his/her personal account in each subsequent use of the Website by entering his/her username and password in the corresponding fields.

4. Sales Contract

The user can submit his order online in order to receive the ordered goods:

●from the headquarters of the physical store (21 H. Psarrou - Lavrion, Greece)

●or at a point of his choice, selecting the type of legal tax document to be issued. 

If the user chooses to receive his order from the physical store, he must have paid for it before receiving it. 

If the User chooses to have the products shipped to a point of his/her choice, and if the products are available, they will be shipped on the next working day following the order, while the delivery of the products normally requires approximately 1 to 3 working days, except in the case of an unforeseen event.

The shipping charges are as follows:


For shipments within Greece:

-For orders over 299€ the shipping is free of charge.

-For orders up to 299€, the charges are as follows: up to 30 kg, the buyer is charged 4.60 € (including VAT) + 1.30 € (including VAT) for each additional kg.


For countries within the EU:

-For parcels up to 30 kg, the shipping cost is calculated depending on the country of shipment and the weight of the parcel and is shown to the customer before payment.

The payment methods for the shipment are as follows:

Payment by Credit or Debit Card: The user can prepay the transaction price before the delivery of the order using his credit or debit card. In case the card transaction is not possible (e.g. the card is not approved), the company reserves the right not to execute the order until the financial transaction is completed.

All payments, made using credit, debit and prepaid cards, are processed through the VISA digital electronic payment platform which meets the standards imposed by the debit card data security standards. At the same time, during electronic card payments, strong customer identification is applied according to the 3-D secure protocol, in compliance with the European Directive 2015/2366 (PSD2) and the requirements for Strong Customer Authentication.


Payment and withdrawal

Upon agreement and purchase of the specific product it is shipped immediately, as stated above. 

Within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) days from the purchase the consumer has the right of withdrawal. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized and to the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are integrally mixed with other items. The right of withdrawal does not apply to electronic devices which have been programmed by the customer or connected to a network of devices which interferes with their programming.

The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (receipt). A prerequisite for withdrawal and return of products is that the consumer must keep the purchase document in his possession as proof of the transaction.

If the purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the transaction will be cancelled and the consumer's account will be updated (credited) within 14 calendar days.

The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the consumer, while any reshipment costs shall be borne by the Merchant.

In case of repeated returns by the consumer, the Merchant reserves the right to refuse the return of the product, due to improper exercise of the right of withdrawal.

If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal requirements for accepting the return of the product are not met, then the product, if it has been sent to the Merchant, will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the packaging and shipping costs.

The Company, reserves the right to modify the returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on this website.


Incorrect Entries

The Company carefully and diligently checks the information provided to its visitors in accordance with the requirements of the law. However, human errors, network or computer system malfunctions, which may affect the correct provision of information to consumers/users regarding product prices, availability or characteristics, cannot be excluded. We advise visitors/users, in case they become aware of any incorrect information (e.g. unusually high or low price of a product), before placing an order, to contact our customer service for immediate correction of the error, providing clarifications on the price, product features and more efficient provision of our services to the consumer. 

The Company reserves the right not to execute an order, even a confirmed order, if the characteristics (price, properties, etc.) of the products included in the order do not correspond to the reality and the Company's price lists, i.e. it is a case of incorrect registration.


5. Disclaimer

The Merchant warrants that it will exercise due diligence in the performance of its contractual obligations in accordance with the transactions and this Agreement. However, the Merchant shall not be liable and is exempted from liability for:

- Matters relating to the uninterrupted and fault-free operation of the Website.

- The case of force majeure or accidental occurrence.

- Any deficiencies in the availability of products due to reasons of force majeure (indicatively: weather conditions, fire, strikes, unlawful conduct of third parties) and in general reasons that cannot be attributed to the fault of the Merchant.

- Any poor condition of the products delivered, provided that this is not due to inadequate storage of the products by the Merchant and provided that all the precautionary measures which the Merchant ought to have taken have been taken.

- Any damage resulting from the use of ordered products due to incorrect choice of products by the user, careless or incorrect use of the products, or due to the fault of the manufacturer, such as faulty manufacture, incomplete information or instructions accompanying the products, quality of workmanship, safety of materials and actual defects.

- Photographs of products are illustrative and can in no way be taken as binding.


6. Final Provisions

The images, logos/marks, graphics, photographs and texts as well as any other element that may be subject to intellectual property rights or copyright, located on the Website, constitute the intellectual property of the Company or legally assigned to it and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and EU legislation. Consequently, any copying, analogue/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, downloading, processing, resale and commercial exploitation in general of the content of the Website is prohibited.

Under no circumstances shall the Website and the Company - its Property, be liable for any damage, positive or consequential, that users may suffer as a result of the use of the services provided, due directly or indirectly to the actions or omissions of third parties.

The services provided through the Website, including the simple search, are not addressed to persons who have not reached the age of 18 years. The Website does not knowingly collect or process data of persons under 18 years of age.
