Shipping Methods

The parcels can be received with the following methods:

• ACS delivery

-If the User chooses to have the products shipped to a point of his/her choice, and if the products are available, they will be shipped on the next working day following the order, while the delivery of the products normally requires approximately 1 to 3 working days, except in the case of an unforeseen event.

The shipping charges are as follows:

For shipments within Greece:

-For orders over 299€ the shipping is free of charge.

-For orders up to 299€, the charges are as follows: up to 30 kg, the buyer is charged 4.60 € (including VAT) + 1.30 € (including VAT) for each additional kg.

For countries within the EU:

-For parcels up to 30 kg, the shipping cost is calculated depending on the country of shipment and the weight of the parcel and is shown to the customer before payment.

• Pick up from store

-For payment before pickup: Within 30 days since the payment day

-For payment on store: Within 5 working days since the order
