Shipping Methods

All orders are being processed and shipped within working hours (Monday - Friday | UTC 07:00-15:00)

If the User chooses to have the products shipped to a point of his/her choice, and if the products are available, they will be shipped on the next working day following the order, while the delivery of the products normally requires approximately 1 to 3 working days, except in the case of an unforeseen event.

For shipments within Greece:

-For orders over 299€ the shipping is free of charge.

-For orders up to 299€, the charges are as follows: up to 30 kg, the buyer is charged 4.60 € (including VAT) + 1.30 € (including VAT) for each additional kg.

For countries within the EU:

-The shipping cost is calculated depending on the country of shipment and the weight of the parcel and is shown to the customer before payment.

-There might be differences on the prices of Fedex, when products are overweighted or oversized. The client will be informed about any extra delivery cost before shipping.

-For countries outside EU, please contact us before order

For countries outside the EU:

-Additional customs fees may be applied, depending on each country's policy. All custom charges are paid from the buyer/client.

-The shipping cost is calculated depending on the country of shipment and the weight of the parcel and is shown to the customer before payment.

-There might be differences on the prices of Fedex, when products are overweighted or oversized. The client will be informed about any extra delivery cost before shipping.

Pick up from store

-For payment before pickup: Within 30 days since the payment day

-For payment on store: Within 5 working days since the order
